Orders are shipped using FEDEX ground, please contact us if you require a quote for express shipping services and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Our standard products typically leave our facility within 2 business days, most of our built to order products require 3 to 5 business days to leave our facility. All products ordered online have all packaging charges included in the shipping cost. Custom plywood crates are required for many oversized items and are included in the shipping charges when ordering oversized display systems online.

All shipping damage claims must be filed with Aluma within 10 days of receiving products or your damage claim may be refused. You will need to email email@example.com photos of all boxes and photos of the damage to your product. Once your damage claim has been filed with Aluma you will be notified on what to do with the damaged merchandise. Always save the original packaging the products arrived in as Aluma will need them to file a damage claim with the shipping company and may direct you to return the merchandise in the boxes they arrived in.
REQUESTS FOR RETURN MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE AND A STANDARD 30% RE-STOCKING FEE (+ RETURN SHIPPING) APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
An RA# (return authorization) must be obtained from ALUMA DESIGNS and is valid 14 days from issued date. Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton and must be in resale condition. If merchandise is returned with scratches and or damaged parts ALUMA DESIGNS reserves the right to adjust the amount of the credit to cover the cost of replacement parts. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are not the responsibility Aluma Designs and must be paid for by the person(s) returning the products.
***If the protective masking has been removed from any Standard Product it may not be returned as we are now unable to sell the delicate acrylic product to another customer if the protective masking has been removed.
***Large volume orders on Standard Products may not be returned. (20 units and above of any particular size classifies your order as a large volume order.) All of our standard and custom products are hand built to order so If you are unsure if our products are right for your project, please order just one unit before placing orders for 20 units and above.***

All SALE & CLEARANCE items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all orders shipping outside the U.S., charges and estimates apply to the transportation of the freight. This does NOT cover or include charges for foreign customs taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees. The customer will be responsible for all additional taxes and duties pertaining to customs clearance, which are payable to the customs broker before the shipment can be released for delivery.
Custom orders are NON-Returnable. All products created in the Custom Configurator are not returnable as they are built to your exact specifications. Kaizen Boards/Panels, Recognition Walls with “Custom Printed Graphics” are considered custom orders and may not be returned. Standard products with customized upgrades such as Platinum Polished edges are Non-Returnable.
Damaged items must be reported to the carrier and ALUMA DESIGNS immediately. Inspect your shipment upon receipt. Please open all boxes within 15 days of receiving to check for shipping damage so that we can replace your damaged product and file the proper damage claim. Any damage that is not reported within 15 days of receiving product may not quality for damage claims product replacement.
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Aluma Designs will repair if possible or replace it free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, residing in the U.S. or Canada, and is not transferable.
Aluma Designs WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PURCHASER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY, FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND OR NATURE CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO OPERATE PROPERLY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY MODIFIED TO EXIST ONLY AS CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND SHALL BE OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE WARRANTY PERIOD STATED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping; (b) acts of God; (c) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, or otherwise modified; (d) units not used in accordance with directions; (e) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (f) depreciated or loss of charge time; (g) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear; (h) any slight bowing of acrylic edges due to temperature changes or humidity. Some states do not allow a limitation of damages so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Warranty service is available by mailing postage prepaid to the authorized service facility provided. Warranty does not cover the cost of postage to send the product in for service. Purchaser is responsible for safely sending the product to repair facility. Please be sure to wrap the product securely when mailing to avoid shipping damage. A valid copy of original invoice is required for all warranty services.
