DIRECT PRINT – Art, Photography, Signage

Infinity Vivid Acrylic Prints
The perfect showcase for digital art and photography. With glass, light merely passes through, but with acrylic, light refracts creating vibrancy and depth not possible with traditional glass. We print these second surface directly to 1/4” Acrylic using state of the art UV inks, and laminate the back with a protective layer of 1/8″ Black Acrylic. Select from our Standard Clear Finish or upgrade to our Non-Glare Finish to reduce glare in harsh light situations.

AEROMAX Modern Metal Prints
Sleek, lightweight, rigid, and works equally well indoors or out. The ink holding is excellent, and the UV Inks will stand the test of time. Choose the white side for a traditional print, or choose the Brushed Metal side for a modern, industrial look.

PVC Budget Friendly Prints & Signs
Perfect for cost-sensitive and short run projects such as retail POP display, trade shows, and temporary—or not so temporary—signage. It’s light weight, relative to acrylic, and its density and flexibility, compared to foam board, makes it ideal for transporting from space to space or event to event.

2″ is our Standard border size and all Standard Frames come with 2″ borders.

*Example: 11″ x 14″ Print framed with a 2″ Acrylic Border (2″ x 2 = 4″ added to each print dimension) = 15″ x 18″ Frame

2″ Border  x 2 = 4″ + 11″ (Print Dimension) = 15″ Fame Dimension

Two Mounting Options are available to you! Both Versions look the same from the front but are mounted to the wall differently *All hardware included for mounting and hanging.

 

1. Stand-Off Version– Brushed Metal Stand-off front Cap & Stand-off Back Barrels hold frame together and also mount frame to the wall via the back barrels and wall anchors.

Stand-Off Version comes with brushed metal front caps and back barrels. Floats frame 7/8″ off of wall.

Slightly harder to mount than the Quick-Mount Bracket. 

 

2.Quick-Mount Version (Upgrade) –  Brushed Metal Stand-off front Cap and hidden Truss Bolt hold frame together. Frame is mounted to wall using our clear acrylic Quick-Mount bracket system.

Quick-Mount Version uses a unique acrylic french cleat system which floats the frame off the wall by a 1/2”.

Less damage to walls than Stand-Offs and allows for Quick on-site image changes. *Does not come with Stand-off back barrels.

Edge Finishing machines remove any CNC tooling marks from the edge of the acrylic which gives the acrylic edge a modern smooth frosted appearance.

Platinum Hand Polished Edge (Upgrade)

After removing all the tool marks we hand sand and polish the edges to give them a crystal clear appearance.

A member of the Aluma Designs team will confirm your files are acceptable for the highest quality production you expect from Aluma. If your unable to upload your files during checkout or your files are too large to upload, one of our design experts will contact you to arrange for file transfer and review once your order is received.

Custom Return Policy and Shipping

**Returns not accepted on custom orders.

Custom Frames are made to your exact specifications and therefore may not be returned. Fabrication lead times are 5-7 business days plus shipping.

  • All Aluma products are hand made in house as orders are received.
  • Contact Aluma if you need rush production.
  • Small orders of smaller frames may ship next day.
  • XL Frames and XL Orders will be shipped by ground freight.
  • Contact Aluma if you require additional services such as Inside Delivery or White Glove Service.
